Is there really a free plan?: Yes. The Free plan covers up to 3 children, 6 observations a month, 2 teachers or caregivers, and 2 parents/guardians per child — forever, with no credit card. It's a real plan, not a trial that expires.
How does the free trial work?: Every paid plan starts with a 30-day free trial. You won't be charged until it ends, and you can cancel anytime from billing.
Can I switch plans later?: Anytime. Upgrade or downgrade from the billing page; changes take effect right away and annual savings are prorated.
What about multiple campuses?: Platinum includes unlimited campuses. The first is included and each additional campus is $50/mo, so multi-site programs only pay for what they use.
Do families need an account?: No. Parents receive a branded email with a private link and a downloadable PDF. Nothing to install or sign up for.
